Hello! I'm Bill Bauer also known as Creditwrench and I sincerly hope that you will find our message board easy to use and informative. Please feel free to join our crowed of well informed posters, add your own comments or ask questions as you please.
I'm going to give you some tips to make it easy for you to get registered and log in to our board.
Although you can browse our board to your hearts content you will need to register as a member in order to post messages and ask questions.
To do that all you need to do is look for the link that says "register" and that will walk you through the steps necessary to register. Once you have completed the registration form you will need to check your email for our confirmation message which is automatically generated and should arrive in your mail box within a few minutes.
In that email you will find a link which you will need to click on to confirm you registration. Once you have clicked on the link you will become a registered member of the Creditwrench message forum. You will need to log in with the user name and password that you used to register and you should be good to go.
If for whatever reason it does not happen the way I have described please send me an email at ceo@creditwrench.com or call me at 405-616-7901 and I will be happy to see to it that you do get registered in successfully.
If you are a creditwrench student you are entitled to get the password into the student lounge where there are lots of helps and valuable information that is not posted in the open forum.
If you just want to chit chat please do so in our chit-chat forum and not in other forums. You will want to visit our resources section as well since there are lots of links and good reference information available to you there. You may also want to ask questions of our excellent panel of attorneys who will be glad to answer your legal questions for you.
Our real estate section is headed by Robin Hud who is the moderator of that section.
You will find that our message forum is well moderated and that we do not allow posting of spam messages although if you are a practicing attorney or real estate or other professional and are willing to help support this board financially you may feel free to contact me by email or by phone and get our very reasonable rates. Then and only then will you be allowed to post personal contact information soliciting business from our readers.
We are very cautious about what kinds of information can be posted. We do not allow postings dealing with information that might be useful to debt collectors for the simple reason that there are many debt collectors and collections attorneys browsing our board who are looking for information that would allow them to be prepared to defeat our creditwrench students and so we must be a bit careful about giving out too much information of the wrong type. If you have a question about whether or not you should post something I would suggest that you send an email to me at ceo@creditwrench.com or to creditwrench@gmail.com or call me at 405-616-7901 before posting.
We do not allow bashing or undue criticizm of anyone on this forum. Most other message boards end up being little more than idle chit-chat and fighting between members. We do not want this forum to follow the lead of those boards which are into that sort of thing so keep it clean and make it enjoyable for everyone.
In the event that you should see comments or posts that are clearly against the rules laid out here or in our terms of service agreement please send me an email or call me at 405-616-7901 so that I can take care of the matter as soon as possible.
